(Dec. 14, 2020 – UPDATE) Thursday December 10th, we asked for the publics help in identifying and locating suspects in a burglary on Tatumsville Hwy. With the publics assistance, we were able to identify the vehicle and the suspects accused of committing the burglary.

On December 12th, Fulton City Police located and took into custody Austin Keith Hawes and Raeann Denise Naughton. Fulton City had an ongoing independent investigation of retail theft that lead them to these suspects.
* Fulton City Charges – Austin Hawes:
Shoplifting, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain insurance
* Fulton City Charges – Raeann Naughton:
Shoplifting and possession of marijuana
* Marshall County Warrant Served – Austin Hawes:
Burglary 2nd and Criminal Mischief 3rd
* Marshall County Warrant Served – Raeann Naughton:

The vehicle was seized along with all the property in the passenger compartments of the vehicle. A Marshall County Deputy responded to Fulton County for a follow up investigation. The deputy learned details about the incidents in Marshall as well as other incidents in surrounding counties. An inventory has been made of the property. Deputies will make contact with various victims should any of the property be items that have been reported stolen. Most all of the items from the Marshall County incident was already recovered from another location. It is believed at this time that these individuals were not involved in the multiple vehicle break ins we had recently.
Both suspects are currently lodged at the Fulton County Detention Center. The attached photos are from earlier in 2020.
** All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law **
