Calvert City Police Dept. Arrest Report

The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:

          Penny Renae Dukes, 58, 175 Nash Drive, Grand Rivers was served a Marshall County Criminal Summons on December 15, 2021 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.

          David J. Darnell, 37, of 115 Hall Drive, Calvert City was arrested on December 17, 2021 on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for strangulation 1^st degree, assault 4^th degree (domestic violence) minor injury, and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

          Brandi J. Chambers, 42, of 16 ½ Maryland Avenue, Winchester was arrested on December 21, 2021 for public intoxication-controlled substances (excludes alcohol).

          Matthew E. Little, 48, of 21 Quail Road, Calvert City was served a Marshall County Criminal Summons on December 23, 2021 for violation of a city ordinance.

          Brandon Jacob Beverly, 27, of 123 Calvert City Circle, Benton was arrested on December 24, 2021 for possession of a controlled substance 1^st degree 1^st offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was also served a Caldwell County Indictment Warrant for possession of marijuana (complicity), possession of drug paraphernalia (complicity), and trafficking in a controlled substance 1^st degree 1^st offense (> or = 2 gms methamphetamine) (complicity).

          Joseph L. Aycock, 28, of 952 Dogwood Street, Calvert City was arrested on December 24, 2021 for possession of a controlled substance 1^st degree 2^nd offense (methamphetamine).  He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.

          Beverly A. Dukes, 55, of 233 East 8^th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on January 01, 2022 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.  She was also charged with assault 4^th degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
