On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, around 4pm, a deputy and state trooper had cleared the scene of a welfare check at a business on KY 93 South without locating the subject of the welfare check. Within minutes of leaving, dispatch received another call indicating multiple subjects had exited out of a dwelling and fled from the area in a Ford pickup truck.
Chief Deputy Sam Adams located the vehicle North bound on KY 93 South. He attempted a traffic stop but the operator fled and turned into a residential driveway before driving through a yard and onto adjacent property. The vehicle came to a stop at Hwy. 93 Mini-Storage and 3 occupants then exited before fleeing into a wooded area.
Deputy Keith Suits arrived and assisted Chief Deputy Adams in the foot pursuits. Deputy Suits apprehended Adam R. Norton (37) of Kevil. He was a wanted fugitive from Ohio Circuit Court for Bailing Jumping, Persistent Felony Offender, and multiple other charges. During the foot pursuit, Norton tossed a backpack which was later recovered and found to contain a handgun, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia. In addition, Norton was charged with Fleeing/Evading Police-1st Degree, Trafficking Meth (firearm enhanced), Drug Paraphernalia-Possession, Possession of Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Fentanyl. It also was determined Norton had committed a residential burglary on Palisades Drive immediately prior to this incident. He was also charged with Burglary-2nd Degree for this incident.
Deputy Suits and Chief Deputy Adams also located Nikita L. Santollo (35) of Paducah hiding under an abandoned mobile home off KY 93 South. She was also a wanted fugitive with 4 active warrants from McCracken County courts and 2 from Graves County courts. Her warrants ranged in offenses from drug possession, theft, and failure to appear, to Bail Jumping. In addition, she was charged with Fleeing/Evading Police, 1st Degree (vehicle) and 2nd Degree (on foot), and numerous traffic offenses. She also has Methamphetamine related charges pending in Lyon County.
The third occupant was identified as Skyyler D. Gore (23) of Paducah. Gore has multiple warrants for her arrest. She was not apprehended as of 10pm and she remains a fugitive. Her whereabouts are currently not known. She also has pending charges in Lyon County relating to these incidents. She is described as a White Female, standing 5’-5” in height with Hazel eyes and Brown hair. Photographs of all 3 offenders are attached.
