Calvert City Police Report January 17, 2017

Lannette N. Nieder, 37, of 979 Cherrywood Street, Calvert City was arrested on
January 13, 2017 by Officer Jeff Peck on a Livingston County warrant for
failure to appear. She was also served five Livingston County criminal
summons: two for parent or custodian to send child to school 1st & 2nd offense,
two for theft by deception-include cold checks under $500, and one for criminal
possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree.
Brad P. Ballard, 50, of 6048 St. Rt. 408 West, Fancy Farm was arrested on
January 13, 2017 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Graves County warrant for theft by
deception-include cold checks under $10,000.
