On Friday, March 31, 2023, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested five people during a drug investigation.
On Friday afternoon, pursuant to a drug investigation, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office obtained and executed a search warrant for 1120 Lackey Street in McCracken County. During the search warrant service six individuals were located on the property, three inside the residence and three inside and RV parked on the property.
An individual (later identified as Michael Stansel Jr.) located inside the RV attempted to barricade himself inside and then broke a window out of the RV and attempted to flee but was quickly taken into custody.
During a search of the residence and RV on the property, detectives located and seized approximately 44 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Synthetic Marijuana, and assorted drug paraphernalia. Five individuals, Robert Roebuck, Michael Stansel Jr., Jason Slyder, Britney Burlingame, and Robert Owen were arrested during the search warrant service on various drug offenses.
A sixth man, John Tuttle, who was located inside the residence, was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment unrelated to the search warrant service.
Michael Stansel Jr and Robert Roebuck were also arrested on numerous unrelated outstanding warrants for their arrests out of McCracken County.
