Melanie Hook, age 39 of Smithland KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Probation Violation.
Christopher Brannam, age 36 of Calvert City KY was arrested and served a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear in court. Mr. Brannan was also charged with tampering with physical evidence (Brannam attempted to dispose of suspected methamphetamine evidence) and possession of marijuana.
Melanie Hook, age 39 of Smithland KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a dui suspended license, no insurance.
The Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this subject.
On 04/29/2023 the Marshall County Sheriff’s office received a call to respond to the Dollar General in Possum Trot. It was discovered that two black males had entered the store and attempted to use counterfeit money to make a purchase. When it was discovered that the money was counterfeit, the subjects fled the store stealing the item they were attempting to purchase.

Bethany G Dunigan, age 43 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.

Gage Mcleod, age 20 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for failure to appear for court.
Jaime Ledezma-Cavazos, age 41 of Alton TX, was arrested and charged with speeding over 26 mph over the limit and operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Sara Conner, age 42 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear in court.
Bill Bowman, age 51 of Mayfield KY, was served an indictment warrant issued out of Grave Circuit court for violation of a KY EPO/DVO.
Shawn Scott, age 30 of Benton KY, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Probation violation.
Kassandra Gillmore, age 31 of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for flagrant non support.
Kristy Davis, age 44 of Gilbertsville KY, was charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, rear license plate not illuminated.
Michael Cadoret, age 34 of Clearwater FL, was charged with operating motor vehicle with no operator’s license, speeding 15 over limit, improper registration plate, failure to notify DOT of address change, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
David Cline, age 54 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle on suspended or revoked license, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (aggravating circumstances).
Isaac Mann, age 19 of Columbus KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of substances, improper lane usage.
