On Thursday April 18th, 2024 at 1730 hours; A Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Forsythia Drive off Old Mayfield Road. The vehicle was being operated by Cody Gentry. During the traffic stop Gentry was found in be possession of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Gentry was arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.

- Failure to Wear Seatbelt
- Failure to Produce Insurance Card
- Failure to notify address change to Dept of Transportation
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) 3rd or greater offense
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8 ounces
