Paducah Couple Arrested for Criminal Abuse of a Child

On May 2, 2024 the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was notified that a child had arrived at a local school with severe injuries, consistent with abuse.

An investigation was immediately launched, which identified Carlie Elliot, 42 of Paducah & Brittany Elliott, 28 of Paducah as the responsible parties for inflicting the injuries to the child.

Both were arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail on one count of Criminal Abuse – 1^st Degree – Child 12 or Under (Class C Felony)
