06/15/2024, Matthew Cathey (38) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested for violation of KY EPO/DVO.
On 06/15/2024, Deputies were dispatched to CFSB in reference to a female there who had previously cashed a forged check at one of their other branch locations. Detectives arrived and discovered that the female was attempting to open an account using someone else’s identification. A search of the female revealed several other forged documents. Deputies were finally able to identify the female as a Susanna Petty (47) originally from Colorado now Grand Rivers KY. Ms. Petty was charged with giving officer false identifying information, criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, theft of identity, and theft by unlawful taking. It was also discovered that Ms. Petty had several outstanding warrants from Colorado. Ms. Petty was also charged with being a fugitive from justice.
On 06/16/2024, Brandy Johnson (38) of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with harassment and false report an incident to law enforcement.
On 06/16/2024, deputies stopped a vehicle being operated by a Brian Snyder on I69 near exit 43. Snyder (35) of Cerulean and his passenger Lindsey Bruno (33) of Cerulean KY, both had outstanding warrants. Bruno was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia and served the bench warrant issued out of Trigg District Court for the charge of failure to pay fines. Snyder was arrested on his bench warrant which was issued out of Christian District Court for the charge of failure to appear for court.
On 06/17/2024, Briana Combs (20) of Hardin KY, was charged with assault 4th degree following an investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
On 06/11/2024, Carson Lee (36) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear. Lee was also charged following an investigation by Marshall County Deputies with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, forgery 1st degree and theft by unlawful taking $500<$1000.
On 06/11/2024, Sophia Strange (42) of Paducah KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County for the charge of failure to appear.
On 06/11/2024, Skie Penny (32) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County for the charge of failure to appear.
On 06/13/2024, Amanda Alexander (43) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree and alcohol intoxication.
On 06/13/2024, Lori Blades (52) of Gilbertsville KY, was served 3 bench warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit Court, for the charge of probation violation in three different cases.
