Additionally, on May 2 at 2:27pm, SGT. Eddie McGuire was dispatched to Draffenville in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival, SGT. McGuire observed that the driver appeared intoxicated. Investigation revealed that the driver had taken Lortab. Thomas E. Wooten age 64 of Benton was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/Drugs/Etc 1st Offense Agg. He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center
