Calvert City, KY (January 06, 2025) – On December 27, 2024 officers were dispatched to the AmeriVu Inn in regard to a female causing a disturbance in the lobby. It was reported by staff that she had knocked over a Christmas tree and other items. She then went outside and jumped on top of an employee’s vehicle. Officers arrived and made contact with the female in her room, which had also been damaged. Rachel Esteline Hainsworth, 30, of Lakeland, FL was arrested for disorderly conduct 2nd degree. She was also charged with criminal mischief 2nd degree. CCPD was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.On December 28, 2024 officers were dispatched to the Quality Inn in regard to an unwanted subject. It was reported by staff that an unknown male was walking around the halls for approximately 20-25 minutes. It appeared that he was naked or possibly had only underwear on. Officers arrived and made contact with the male who was sitting in the hallway on a luggage cart. After further investigation, Christopher Dwain Humphreys, 40, of Benton was arrested for public intoxication – controlled substances (excludes alcohol). CCPD was assisted by the Benton Police Department.
