Calvert City, KY (February 17, 2025) – On February 16, 2025 an officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly on Gilbertsville Highway near the US 62 off ramp. Upon stopping the vehicle, the subject advised that he lost control of the vehicle. While talking with the subject, the officer could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage. The subject admitted to previously drinking alcoholic beverages. After further investigation, Ethan E. Mouser, 21, of Paducah was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense and reckless driving.
