Calvert City police make DUI arrests, serve summonses

Calvert City arrest report: July 24, 2017

 

Patrick John Devine, 28, of 205 West 3rd Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on July 19, 2017, by Officer Mike Canon for driving on a DUI suspended operators license 1st offense. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronnie Thompson, 58, of Post Office Box #581, Calvert City was served a Marshall County Criminal Summons on July 20, 2017, by Officer Wes Babcock for local violation codes – junked vehicle ordinance.

Charlotte Blaylock, 70, of 62 East 2nd Avenue, Calvert City was served a Marshall County Criminal Summons on July 20, 2017, by Officer Wes Babcock for local violation codes – junked vehicle ordinance.

Matthew L. McKinney, 31, of 1496 US Highway 68 East, Benton was arrested on July 21, 2017, by Officer Mike Canon on a Marshall County Warrant for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Ildefonso Ruben Arriola, 30, of 8015 Merced Avenue, Sacramento, Calif., was arrested on July 21, 2017, by Officer Mike Canon on a Warren County Warrant for failure to appear. He was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card, failure to notify DOT of address change, and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

Roger Dale Lynn, 59, of 2130 Union Ridge Road, Benton was arrested on July 21, 2017, by Captain Robert West for DUI 2nd offense. He was also charged with driving on a DUI suspended operators license 1st offense, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
