Seventeen year old Jacob Feltner was last seen at Backyard Burger, 3526 James Sanders Blvd, Paducah around noon on Friday, June 29th. Jacob is 5’9″ and weighs 190 lbs. He has brown hair above the ears and hazel color eyes. He also has a mustache and a tattoo of roses on his arm.
