On Sunday 7/15/2018 Sgt. Treadway was dispatched to Eastside Village to check on a person passed out behind the wheel. After investigation, Mr. Paul S. Griffin (Ledbetter, KY) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense- Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail. Deputies Rudd and Howell assisted on the call.
