Marshall County Sheriff’s Office arrest report

On August 7th, Deputy Cory Curtner served a Parole Violation warrant arresting Jeremy Bates of New Concord. Bates was also served a Failure to Appear warrant out of Marshall County.

On August 7th, Deputy Steven Oakley served a bench warrant out of Jefferson County on Jason W. Hall of Benton.

On August 8th, Deputy Barry Howell served a warrant for the Marshall Circuit Court. Alivina K. Thweatt of Benton was served the bench warrant.

On August 10th, Captain Matt Hilbrecht served a Bench Warrant from Marshall County charging Aliviana Thweatt of Benton with Probation Violation.

On August 10th, Deputy Luke Rudd investigated an injury crash on KY 58 ( Briensburg Highway ). a vehicle driven by Virgil Enochs of Gilbertsville was pulling out of Walker Lane into the path of a vehicle driven by Marty D. Higgins of Benton. Higgins was transported for medical care by Marshall County EMS. Higgins was charged with Driving on DUI Suspended Operators License, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and License to be in Possession. Higgins was cited to appear next month in Marshall District Court.

On August 11th, Deputy Chris Greenfield was dispatched to a store on US 68 in reference to person having warrants. Upon arrival, Deputy Greenfield observed the person and conducted a traffic stop. As a result of the ensuing investigation, Paul Grant Lee of Grand Rivers was served a summons for Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition – Shoplifting, A Hopkins County Warrant for Failure to Appear, a Livingston County Warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree, a Second Warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree from Livingston County, and new charges from Deputy Greenfield.

The charges from Deputy Greenfield include the following: Operating On Suspended or Revoked Operators License, Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia – Buy / Possess, Illegal Possession of Legend Drug, and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container 1st Offense.

On August 11th, Deputy Lofton Rowley was dispatched to Thorn Road in reference to an assault. After the ensuing investigation Charles Henry Quesnell III of Benton was arrested and charged with Assault 4th Degree.

On August 11th, Deputy Greenfield was dispatched to Purchase Parkway in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver. Deputy Greenfield located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in Draffenville. Deputy Greenfield conducted an investigation and as a result, Mashayla Kaye Gray of Gilbertsville was arrested and charged with Operating A Motor Vehicle U/ Influence Alc/Drugs/Etc .08 1st Offense.

On August 12th, Andria House of Fairdealing reported the theft of a kayak from her dock.
