On September 17th, Captain Matt Hilbrecht served a bond revocation on Shelbie Meshea Vibbert of Calvert City. Captain Hilbrecht also served Vibbert a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Baker of Benton reported that someone took items from a pole barn including electric wire and lights. On September 19, Sergeant Jason Lane served an Indictment Warrant on Aliviana Thweatt of Benton. The charge was for Flagrant Non Support.

The charges were for Careless Driving, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense ( Methamphetamine ), Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, and Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License.
On September 19th, Deputy Dennis Lewis served an Indictment Warrant on Zachary A. Bonn of Paducah. The charges were Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense ( Methamphetamine ), and Theft By Deception.

On September 21st Deputy Chris Greenfield responded to the parking lot of a store in Aurora in reference to a vehicle collision. As a result of the investigation, Melisa E. Lowe of Murray was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle U. Influence Alc/Drugs/Etc .08 1st Offense.
On September 21st Deputy Steven Oakley and Major David Maddox responded to Mulberry Road to conduct a check on the welfare of a resident. After discovering that the resident was alright, a computer check revealed that a warrant was on file for the subject. Casey J. Campbell of Gilbertsville was arrested and served a warrant for Failure to Appear. Search incident to arrest found items on Campbell’s person that resulted in Deputy Oakley charging Campbell with Prescription / Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container 1st Offense and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.
On September 21st Captain Matt Hilbrecht served an indictment warrant arresting Derek J. Baier of Coxs Creek KY. The charge was Assault 2nd Degree.

On September 21st Captain Matt Hilbrecht served an Indictment Warrant on Chad A. Huges of Hazel, KY. The charges on the indictment from Graves County were as follows: Possession of Handgun By Convicted Felon, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Trafficking Controlled Substance Within 1000 Feet of School, Tampering With Physical Evidence, Trafficking In Marijuana Less Than 8oz 1st Offense.
On September 22nd, Deputy Chris Greenfield responded to a business in Jonathan Creek in reference to a suspicious female. Upon investigation, Deputy Greenfield arrested Rachel L. Dinatale of Benton and charged her with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
On September 22nd Deputy Chris Greenfield was dispatched to a vehicle crash on US 641 between Draffenville and Briensburg. According to a citation by Deputy Greenfield, Rickie Dewayne Moore of Elkton, KY had run off the road and into a ditch. After the Deputy’s investigation Moore was arrested and charged with Operating A Motor Vehicle U/Influence Alc/Drugs/Etc .08 1st Offense.
On September 23rd, Deputy Dennis Lewis responded to Hellana Road in reference to a reported assault. As a result of the investigation, Elizabeth A. Packard-Jenkins of Calvert City was arrested and charged with three counts of Assault 4th Degree. Deputy Lewis was assisted by Deputy Lofton Rowley and Deputy Nick Spears.
On September 24th, Marshall County Deputies and Benton Police Officers responded to East 14th Street in Benton. Marshall County 911 had received information that a man wanted on multiple warrants was at that residence. Officers had responded to this same location in search of the wanted person on multiple occasions. Marshall County Sergeants Jason Lane and Tim Reynolds responded as well as Deputies Lofton Rowley and Josh Anderson. Responding for the Benton Police Department w…ere Officer Caleb Curtner and Scott Deshields. Benton Officer Curtner served two Failure to Appear warrants on Will A. Vincent of Benton. The original charges were Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Sergeant Jason Lane arrested Natasha Mize of Calvert City and charged her with Hindering Prosecution or Apprehension 2nd Degree. The citation indicates that Mize lied to officers about Vincent being in the house and assisted Vincent in hiding. Both were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
On September 24th, Kyle T. Gilbert of Calvert City was served a Crittenden County Bench Warrant by Deputy Barry Howell.
