The Calvert City Police Department arrested the following people:
Kenneth Marshall Baxter, 50, of 1021 Book Street, Henderson was arrested on March 04, 2020 for DUI 2nd offense. He was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia (enhancement), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine)(enhancement), prescription controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense, and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine).
