Calvert City Police Dept. Arrest Report, Nov. 3, 2020

The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:

          Jeffrey Kenneth Emich, 47, of 51 Briggadoon Lane, Benton was arrested on October 23, 2020 for possession of a controlled substance 1^st degree 1^st offense (methamphetamine).  He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, fleeing or evading police 2^nd degree (on foot), assault 3^rd degree (police officer or probation officer), disorderly conduct 2^nd degree, no registration plates, improper registration plate, failure to produce insurance card, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1^st offense.

          Benjamin A. Smith, 44, of 217 Alamo Road, Calvert City was arrested on October 24, 2020 on a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear.

          Kyle S. Waldridge, 20, of 1413 Main Street, Benton was charged on October 30, 2020 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempt to purchase/or have another purchase alcohol.

          Angelea Nicole Shute, 19, of 319 North 6^th Street, Paducah was charged on October 31, 2020 with trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 oz.) 1^st offense, possession of marijuana, unlawful transaction with a minor 3^rd degree, person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempt to purchase/or have another purchase alcohol, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
