Angela Dawn Clark, 39, of 1395 McElrath Road, Dexter was charged on November 05, 2020 with no tail lamps, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jacek S. Michniak, 54, of 1790 W. JoAnn Lane, Addison, IL was arrested on November 07, 2020 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. He was also charged with disorderly conduct 1st degree, resisting arrest, 8 counts of terroristic threatening 3rd degree, and assault 3rd degree – police or probation officer.
