On November 29th, Deputy Barry Howell of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office Court Security Division was arresting an individual who had failed a drug test for the court. Dustin Edging age 23 of Calvert City began to pull away from Deputy Howell, jerking away and refusing to obey commands. Deputy Howell took Edging to the ground, handcuffed him and charged him with resisting arrest.
