Three Arrested On Grand Jury Indictments

In mid-July 2023, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, conducted investigations into several Paducah people involved with illegal drugs.

During those investigations, detectives identified Sara Denise Fondaw, 49, of Paducah, as selling Crystal Methamphetamine. Detectives made undercover Crystal Methamphetamine purchases from Fondaw.

In addition, detectives identified Randy Bresett, 54, of Paducah, KY, as being involved with illegal drugs and firearms. Through the investigation, detectives obtained and executed a search warrant for Bresett’s residence on Thursday, July 13, 2023. Pursuant to the search warrant, detectives located and seized Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, multiple firearms, and other items consistent with the use and sale of illegal drugs.

John Clark, 58, was found to reside on Bresett’s property and was also found to be in possession of Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and items of drug paraphernalia.

On Friday, July 28, 2023, detectives presented these cases, along with others, to a McCracken County grand Jury. The Grand jury returned indictments on the individuals pertaining to the illegal drug investigations.

On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, detectives, and deputies located and arrested Fondaw, Bresett, and Clark pursuant to the indictment warrants. All three individuals were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Additional arrests are pending regarding additional illegal drug investigations and indictments.

Randy Bresett, 54, North 34th Street, Paducah, KY

  1. Possession of Methamphetamine – FIREARM ENHANCED
  2. Trafficking in Marijuana – FIREARM ENHANCED
  3. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

John Clark, 58, North 34th Street, Paducah, KY

  1. Possession of Methamphetamine
  2. Possession of Marijuana
  3. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
