Traffic Stop leads to Drug Arrest

On Tuesday August 13,2024, at about 1:40AM, a Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop at Old Mayfield and Bleich Road.  The Driver of the vehicle was 30-year-old Austin Potter of Paducah Kentucky. During the investigation, A search of the vehicle was conducted and revealed a quantity of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia inside. Potter was arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.
