Brandi Nicole Henson, 36, of 124 McCoy Lane, Calvert City was arrested on
July 31, 2017 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Marshall County Warrant (taken
out by Captain Robert West) for theft by failure to make required
disposition of property $500 <$10,000, and a Marshall County Warrant for
failure to appear. She was also charged with failure of owner to maintain
required insurance 1st offense and failure to produce insurance card.
Shannon Wayne Collins, 50, of 494 Styers Cemetery Lane, Benton was served
a Marshall County Criminal Summons on August 1, 2017 by Officer Robert
Johnson for abatement of nuisances (CHR).
Celinea Gerene Nichoel Skaggs, 23, of 680 Chestnut Street, Calvert City
was charged with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500 on August
2, 2017 by Chief David Elliott.
Sean Michael Bernardini, 46, of 123 Flagmast Lane, Gilbertsville was
arrested on August 5, 2017 by Officer Wes Babcock for assault 4th degree
(domestic violence) minor injury and alcohol intoxication in a public
place.
Claude Johnson Jr., 20, of 120 Retirement Circle, Calvert City was
arrested on August 6, 2017 by Officer Wes Babcock for criminal
trespassing 3rd degree.
Scotty A. Anderson, 28, of 719 Elder Street, Calvert City was arrested on
August 6, 2017 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Marshall County Warrant for
failure to appear.
