Intoxication in a Public Place arrest made at Judicial Building

On Wednesday April 13^th Court Security Officer Barry Howell observed Donald Lassiter 56, of Benton, at the Judicial Building having a strong smell of alcohol present on him. Lassiter admitted to CSO Howell that had been drinking that morning prior to coming to the Judicial Building. Lassiter was arrested and charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
