Calvert City Police Report April 10th – 17th

 Robert J. Briggs, 51, of 71 Grant Street, Calvert City was arrested on April 12,
2016 by Officer Matthew Humble for DUI 1st offense.  He was also charged with no
registration plates, no registration receipt, and operating on a suspended or
revoked operators license.


    Jonathan C. Johnston, 46, of 71 Griggstown Road, Calvert City was arrested on
April 14, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock for DUI 2nd offense.  He was also charged
with failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to produce insurance
card, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense.


    Christina M. Stafford, 30, of 514 E. Bullock Street, Eureka, IL was charged on
April 16, 2016 by Officer Matthew Humble with possession of marijuana and
possession of drug paraphernalia.


    Curtis Dukes, 33, of 199 Fowler Road, Grand Rivers was arrested on April 17,
2016 by Officer Wes Babcock for receiving stolen property under $10,000.


    Travis J. Jones, 24, of 127 Limerick Drive, Paducah was arrested on April 17,
2016 by Officer Matthew Humble for DUI 2nd offense.  He was also charged with
possession of synthetic drugs - class B misdemeanor, possession of marijuana,
possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in
proper container 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree
1st offense (drug unspecified), and operating on a suspended or revoked
operators license.  He was also served a McCracken County warrant for wanton
endangerment 1st degree, criminal abuse 3rd degree, criminal abuse 1st degree,
leaving the scene of an accident - failure to render aid or assistance,
endangering the welfare of a minor, and operating on a suspended or revoked
operators license.


    Austin J. Hresko, 22, of 269 Galahad Drive, Calvert City was charged on April
18, 2016 by Officer Jeff Peck with possession of marijuana.
