On Tuesday June 19th Deputy Barry Howell received a call in reference to someone passed out in a car on Aurora Hwy. Upon Deputy Howell’s arrival he observed a male sitting in the drivers seat slumped over the steering wheel. The subject was extremely intoxicated and could not perform any Field Sobriety Tests. The subject was taken and admitted to Marshall County Hospital due to being extremely under the influence. Robert E. Dunlap 58, of Puryear, TN, was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle.
